1. These TOS are written in the masculine gender but address both genders. Words used in in the masculine shall be deemed to include the feminine and vice versa and words used in the singular, where the context so permits, shall be deemed to include the plural and vice versa.
2. “Chance Letikva” allows you to use this website to make donations for the benefit of the Association in an easy, convenient and fast way – you may pay by credit card, PayPal, wire transfer or phone transfer.
3. When making a credit card donation, the card will be checked by the credit company and the user will receive an immediate message detailing the transaction’s processing status and indicating whether payment was approved or rejected. The payment-processing web page complies with the PCI DSS security standard. 
4. The user may apply to the Association for a change in the billing details and cancellation of a transaction. A transaction may can be canceled within 30 days from the date notice of the donation was given by telephone or within 30 days from the date the payment was made online, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law-1981. The Association will make the required change in accordance with the credit company’s policy at that time. To the extent that the credit company charges a fee for the action, the user will be charged by the Association for said fee. 
5. The user will not provide false information. Submitting false information is a criminal offense. A user who commits this offense will be subject to legal action, both criminal and civil.
6. If the transaction is rejected by the credit company, the user will receive appropriate notification directing him to contact the Association by phone in order to complete the transaction.  
7. The Association shall bear no responsibility for illegal user activity nor for any other events or actions of parties not fully controlled by the Association.
8.  These TOS shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Israel. The parties submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Ashdod or Tel Aviv regions in any dispute related to these TOS. 
9. I confirm that I am 18 years or older and I have read, and I agree to the TOS and Privacy Policy.
10. I acknowledge that if I have made a donation for the benefit of a designated child and said child no longer requires my donation for any reason, my donation will be used for the benefit of other children and towards the Association’s activities for the benefit of the sick children.
11. Privacy: 

The Association recognizes its obligation to maintain donor privacy. The Association will not disclose the donors’ personal information to any third party unless required by law.
